304716 - Delete card from address book list does not refresh list

If a contact card is deleted from a particular mailing list, nothing appears to
happen.  The contact is correctly removed from the list. If another list or the
entire Personal Address Book is selected, then the list from which the card was
selected, the change appears.  This worked with the Delete key, the red-X
delete, and the right-click delete.

It appears that the list needs to be refreshed after a delete to show the change.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a list.
2. Add a few cards to the list.
3. Select the list.
4. Select one of the cards.
5. Delete the selected card.

Actual Results:  
Nothing appears to happen with the list, but the selected card is removed from
the list.  To verify, select the Personal Address Book and then select the list
again.  User is now not on the list but correctly remains in the Personal
Address Book.

Expected Results:  
The selected card should be removed from the list immediately.  The list should
be refreshed after pressing Delete.

code for this is not correct, please reopen.
