304763 - Change nightly download PHP script redirect to grab from latest-1.0 directory

The PHP script for the nightly download on caminobrowser.org currently redirects
to /latest/ on a random mirror. It should change, starting August 16 (in theory)
to the /latest-1.0/ folder.

We need to make sure the nightly happens first, before changing the directory.

Also, this bug is *not* to discuss whether users should download a nightly from
the branch or the trunk (located in /latest-trunk/). We want them downloading
what will become Camino 1.0.

A statement to that effect in the Camino forum from one of you two or Jasper
would probably be useful :-)
