About every two or three times that I try to go on Mozilla I can not access 
it.  If I do a system restore it comes back.  Several days later it's gone 
again.

Please provide more info. Which FF version do you use? What does you mean with
"no access": no icons, no shortcuts, startup errors, no internet access?

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
