Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 I attempted to create a calendar entry that spanned from Saturday August 20th to Friday August 26th and set it to repeat every 2 weeks. When I saved the event the event only appeared for the Saturday the 20th, and Sunday the 21st and every two weeks after that. This occurs on both PC's running Windows NT and Windows XP SP2 as well as a Mac PowerBook running OSX 10.4.2. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create an event that spans multiple days (more than 2 days to see the problem) 2. Set the event to recur at an interval of every 2 weeks (or greater). 3. Save the event Actual Results: An event spanning 2 days is displayed at the specified interval, despite the record showing that it should be for more days. Expected Results: The event should be displayed as lasting the specified number of days, and repeating for that number of days at the specified interval. I have tested and seen this bug occur on Windows NT, Windows XP, and Mac OS X. Using both Sunbird and the Calendar extension on all 3 platforms.

Bradley, Thanks for the bug report. I'm going to assume that you're using Sunbird 0.2 rather than a nightly build. If this is the case, then this report is most likely a duplicate of bug 236242. That bug should be fixed in nightly builds, however. If you agree that your report and bug 236242 are describing the same issue, please resolve this report as a duplicate of bug 236242.

I see this on: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050814 Mozilla Sunbird/0.2+ However, only if I set it to recur every week. If i set it to recur every 2 week (or more), I see what I said in Bug 303830

Marking as a duplicate of bug 236242. Now that the remaining bugs surrounding this issue have been fixed in nightly builds, this should be fixed as well. Bradley, if you can still reproduce this bug on a NIGHTLY build of Sunbird, you should feel free to reopen it. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 236242 ***
