Details

When feedviewing Atom 1.0 feeds with an <atom:icon/> element, use the specified
icon in the location bar and tab.

(Oddly enough the url is given as the element's content rather than in a src or
href attribute - e.g. <atom:icon>http://example.org/icon.png</atom:icon>)
DUPE or related with Bug 304553?
It's close enough to call a dupe (I'd've included the Bookmarks menu and sidebar
in this report if I'd thought about them).
