Same thing as Bug 199209 (suite bug)

Large favicons aren't scaled in trees, look fine in bookmarks toolbar/bookmarks
dropdown.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add freedb.org to bookmarks
2. open bookmarks manager/bookmarks sidebar
3.

Actual Results:  
Large icon is cropped, not scaled

Expected Results:  
Large icon should appear as it does in location bar, bookmarks toolbar and
bookmarks dropdown.

Is this is the same as bug 199209, why not simply vote for that bug? Unless
Firefox and Seamonkey handle image scaling in different ways (which I don't
believe they do), this bug shouldn't have been filed. 

This bug should be marked as a duplicate of bug 199209.

No, actually that ought to be a dup of bug 175787, since it realized it was a
Core bug first, and it actually has an attempt at a patch.

sorry for the dupe, the bug I mentioned was the only one I could find (and I
checked hard!)
