The rightmost column in the BM cannot be shrunk any smaller than the width of
its title plus the width of a space character.

If one does not care about the "first visit" or "descriptions" columns and would
like to view more of the page title or page URL, for example, the former two
columns can't be resized very small (if they're rightmost) to allow more width
for the latter two. If you expand the latter two anyway, you force a scroll bar
and lose a row in height.

All of the other columns seem to be able to be resized down to approx. 1-2
characters in width. It would be nice to be consistent and help maximize
viewable area for bookmarks/history within the window.

Rather petty, so WONTFIX if appropriate.
This is probably just a nib change (minimum width). Although, do we really want
the other columns to be sized so small you can't tell what they are anymore?
In iTunes, you can hide the columns you don't want shown in this type of view,
which maybe is another option.
