User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6

When I submitted the form, http://www.hotwirecommunication.com/subs/conta.html,
to send a customer service e-mail, firefox crashed. I did not fill in the
account number or the time to contact.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.hotwirecommunication.com/subs/conta.html
2. Fill in everything but account number and time to contact

Actual Results:
Windows error reporting came up
WFM.

Tried this with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1)
Gecko/20050816 Firefox/1.0+.

Seems like the submit button on that page attempts to create a new email message
via a mailto: redirect. I use the gmail notifier which intercepts this type of
link, but gmail gets loaded incorrectly and the page load stalls. Firefox does
not crash, however. With the gmail notifier disabled Thunderbird loads up and a
new message is created with all the data from the form in the message body. No
crashes.
Resolving WFM, reopen if you continue to experience this issue.
