Details

gfxImageFormat is defined in gfxASurface, but not referenced there. Its main
purpose is probably to init gfxImageSurfaces. Therefore, shouldn't this enum
live on gfxImageSurface?
It's also used in gfxXlibSurface, and could possibly be used in other surfaces
as well.  gfxASurface may not be the best place for it, but I didn't want to
introduce another include file or whatever for a simple enum.

This bug has been buried in the graveyard and has not been updated in over 5 years. It is probably safe to assume that it will never be fixed, so resolving as WONTFIX.
