Details

Textarea elements strip text directly within a <> pair.

Example case to replicate:
Go to the above page and put some text in the textarea element with included
html.  Click on the preview button.  Although the preview appears correctly, the
tags get stripped in the textarea below, making it impossible to do previews of
text form submissions prior to actual submission/database insertion as you'd
have to go back and add your HTML tags back (and thus defeat the purpose of the
preview)

Verifying as for Jeremy's coments. That site doesnt exist, and the problem 
doesnt seem to occur anywhere.
