Changing the summary to fit the ones from bug 86051, bug 252003, bug 252004 and
bug 252005.
mkanat, I guess PostgreSQL is not affected by this problem?
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: PC → All
Summary: Changing case of versions is prohibited by bugzilla → Cannot change capitalisation of Versions

Indeed, this was fixed some time around Bugzilla 3.0 by the Bugzilla::Object work.
