Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050816 Firefox/1.0+. To reproduce just go to any secure site (bugzilla...) and right-click on the lock icon in the location bar. At mouseup the page info dialog opens with the securiy tab selected but the toolbar context menu ("Customize...", etc.) also displays over the lock icon. A left click to the lock icoon just brings up the page info dialog. When right clicking the lock icon, I would think that we should either: 1) show a special context menu that says something like "Show certificate details" and not show the page info until the user selects that item, or 2) just forego the context menu altogether and simply display the page info

Fix checked in to trunk. I want to start a discussion about useful context menus for these icons, but I'm not sure bugs are the best place for that...
