The rendering of the forms on this page makes them flash onto areas of the
screen where they aren't supposed to show. They will render breifly over another
part of the page and then dissapear. This process repeats.
Some other webs sites produce similar errors whereby a graphics is rendered over
another part of the page obscuring text or links.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just go to the URL http://www.insidehousing.co.uk/
2. Starts as soon as the page has loaded.
3.

Actual Results:  
Graphics flash over other parts of the page.

Expected Results:  
Rendered the forms in one place and fix them to that part of the page.
