When closing a window containing multiple tabs, a crahs occurs in one or more
windows is a pdf document.  The 'close multiple tabs' dialogue displays okay,
but a window that appears to be a warning about losing the pdf if the app is
closed fails to display and all instances of firefox have to be closed via the
task manager.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a page
2.click on a link to a new pdf document
3.click 'open in new tab
4.close the Firefox window

Actual Results:  
Warning about closing multiple tabs
Dialogue box opens but fails to display properly
No further response from Firefox

Expected Results:  
Display warning about losing content of pdf
Close

Yes - upgrading to Acrobat Reader 7.0 has cleared this fault.
