place, when you can catch dialog and resize is not in proper place
this is polish version, but i don't think this is problem

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit http://www.krasnal.tk/
2. when you see on the top of tab yellow alert, click it and try to disable
information about blocket pages (third row i hope)

Actual Results:  
you can see dialog, that has defect that i described above

Expected Results:  
active place should be at the corner, like normally
