Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050817
Firefox/1.0+

I noticed this while playing with the testcase in bug 303901. I've only tested
on Mac.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the testcase.
2. Scroll right by grabbing the scrollbar thumb with the cursor.

Result: At some point, Firefox stops painting the entire window, even if you
navigate away or close the tab. It keeps accepting keyboard input and updating
the title bar, though.

I have tried to reproduce this bug on Linux in both Deer Park alpha 2
(Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8b3) Gecko/20050712 Firefox/1.0+)
and the latest Firefox nightly (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US;
rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050817 Firefox/1.6a1), and I am unable to reproduce it in
either build.

You might need to make the iframe wider to see this, but I also saw this on Linux.
