"Get More Extensions" link in the Tools->Extensions dialog, open a new tab and a
new window to the same URL:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Tools->Extensions dialog
2.Click "Get More Extensions" link
Actual Results:  
It open a new tab and a new window to the same URL:

Expected Results:  
Should only open a tab if the tabs are enabled else it should open a window

I get only a new window.
done more testing, only append with "Tabbrowser Preferences" installed
(https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=158&application=firefox)

(running version 1.2.7.1 of "Tabbrowser Preferences" which is the lastest version)

Reopened because I wasn't clear enough, the behaviour is correct with firefox
1.0.6 (it only open a tab). This is the reason I thing it's more a Firefox bug
than a "Tabbrowser Preferences" bug.

If it's caused by an extension, the bug report belongs with the extension
author, not here. We recently changed how that link opens, and apparently TBP
hasn't caught up.
