That page is sent according to your Accept-Language header, so you've apparently
changed yours to be something you don't understand. You can change it back in
Tools->Options->General->Languages.

Hi,
I am talking about the content of the page.

The *content* of the page, is picked on the server side by the Accept Language
header your browser sends. Which means you're basically saying "Hi, I speak
<this>, do you have a page for me?" if it does, it sends it.

The problem is not with the URL for the page, but rather your browser
configuration and the URL shouldn't be changed to be hardcoded to english.
