got a major problem with firefox when it comes with developing. the problem is
that firefox got a very unique history-handling. assumed that i am developing
several websites on localhost, i don't need any history-cached sited of a folder
in hierarchy before the folder itself.
e.g: type: http://localhost/thisfoldercouldbeverylong/ (while i type the word
"thisfoldercouldbeverylong" it is very supposably that after a few letters the
folder is the only eligble one.
ff strictly uses history handling.
better - in my opinion - would be, that the folder itself would we the very
first in the history-list (like it is handled in ie), followed by the
history-cached ones, so that u can reach it by curser-down > enter as soon as
the domain is the only possible one.
dont know how to, but would be very glad if it would be fixed in the next version.
Reproducible: Always
selected as pc/win xp but probably it will be on all platforms/os
