Details

When I download a plugin with PFS after clicking the information bar for a
missing plugin, Firefox should start downloading the plugin while I read its
license agreement, so I don't have to wait as long for the download.
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: PC → All
Version: unspecified → Trunk
No. You are supposed to read it first. Its a requirement for pretty much any
program. Its more of a legal issue.
I'm not asking for Firefox to install the plugin while I read the license
agreement, just download it.

You shouldn't be forced to download something you might disagree with using. In fact, you shouldn't even be able to download something you disagree with using. :)
Another reason why it's bad: what if you have limited traffic? It's uncommon nowadays, but still.
