set the style in advanced-scripts.xul and adjust the window size in the locale

the window advanced scripts (Preferences->content->enable
Javascript->Advanced...) window size style is not specified in the
advanced-scripts.xul file. the window.width entity exists in the
advanced-scripts.dtd file, with the size 37em which is too big for the window size.
Looks like we want to drop the entity instead
