Bug 230363 cvs-copied shistory into docshell, this bug will have the
build-config necessary to build it from the new location.
Fixed on trunk.

How was this bug fixed?  Filed (I assume) as an actual problem, then resolved as
fixed 7 hours later.  But by what?  If bug 230363fixed this, why was this bug
created in the first place?
The cvsmoves bug doesn't actually do anything until we change the makefiles. I
filed this bug to track changing makefiles and cvsremoving the old file
locations. Got r/sr from bz over IRC and landed the fix.
