Details

While blank tabs are indeed untitled, more fundamentally they're entirely unpopulated. So instead of "(Untitled)", blank tabs should be titled something like "(Blank)" or better "".

I'd suggests to name new tabs "" as well! But I'd also add another Icon to it! Maybe the same blank-document Icon but with a yellow glowing * at it. (See Open Dialog: "Create New Folder" for example)
