If I enter an all day event on the 30 October 2005 the event shows up in the
month, multiweek, week and day views on both, 30 October and 31 October 2005 and
succeeding years.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an all day event for 30 October 2005
2. Set reocurrence options to Repeat every 1 Year forever and save the event
3. Go to 30 and 31 October in any view to see double appearence

Actual Results:  
Event shows up on the day entered and the suceeding day even though event
properties show the correct settings to appear on one day only

Expected Results:  
Event should only appear on the day it was scheduled

Only events entered for the 30 October show this problem. Changing the event
properties to schedule it one day earlier or later results in the expected
result, that is, the event shows up only for that selected day. Moving the event
back to 30 October results in the event appearing on the succedding day as well.

Test on two independent computers with seperate calendar files using Sunbird 0.2
as well as 2005011112-cal for Thunderbird and Firefox.

This file shows a properly working event and a faulty appearing event for the
date in question
