If I click on a link that points to an FTP site that requires a login name and
password, I get an error message instead of the login dialog box. You can go to
ftp://64.232.84.54/ to test or you can click on the "Download" link on the page
http://www.survivingsepsis.org/chart_review.htm. I tried this in Mozilla 1.8b2
and it works correctly. It works correctly in IE all versions.

Reproducible: Always
