When an animated image is pasted into a WYSIWYG box, the image does not ever
animate.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find an animated image
2. Paste it into the WYSIWYG box.

Actual Results:
An image apperead in the WYSIWYG box with the first frame of the animation, and
not animating.

Expected Results:
Showed the image animating through it's frames.
IE6 is doing the same. And why should this not happen? It's quite annoying to
see moving things, while you're editing a page.
