The frame menu on the left hand side of this URL works under IE but not in FireFox

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.diarioelpopular.com.ar/05/08/18/index.html
2. Try to use the links on the left. They're supposed to navigate to different
pages in the newspaper.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Go to the selected section of the web site.

Informed web site owner of this issue and ask him to rewrite menu bar, as this
excludes readers of their newspaper who do not use IE.
