User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050730 Firefox/1.0.6 (Debian package 1.0.6-2)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050730 Firefox/1.0.6 (Debian package 1.0.6-2)

If I'm viewing an image in Firefox that's too large for my screen (e.g.
http://zerodeux.net/misc/bootchart/zerolap.png) then it shrinks-to-fit and I get
a zoom in arrow pointer when I move over it. This doesn't happen with svg images.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto http://zerodeux.net/misc/bootchart/zerolap.svg.gz

Actual Results:
No zoom arrow pointer

Expected Results:
Give me a zoom arrow pointer!
Confirmed with 20050818 nightly
