Build Identifier:
The content of the mail sent by BugMail.pm is hard-coded in BugMail.pm and
global.pl (GetLongDescriptionAsText for the Additional comments). If it's
possible, it would be nice to use templates. If we modify .pm or .pl files,
these modifications will be lost after an upgrading of Bugzilla.
