Many people have one or more additional accounts that are just as catch-all bug
watchers, that go to something like gmail.  However, all of these accounts still
show up in completion dialogs -- for example, trying to cc "mconnor" gives you a
list of 2 names, the first one is "do not Cc or request", and the second one is
a real one.  It would be very useful to be able to flag an account as "don't
ever autocomplete this", so that it can only be cc'd if the full email is
specified.  That way, the bugwatcher could be marked as never-autocomplete, and
"mconnor" would match the right account without prompting the user anything.

Simply mark your account as disabled if it's a fake one. Anyone with editusers privs can do it for you. Disabled accounts still get bugmail.
