themes download but then dissapear

I click to download a new theme and it shows progress but then when it's done,
it dissapears.  When I click on themse, only the default one is there.  When
will the themes be working?  I tried on 2 different computers.  Thanks

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools/themese
2.Get more themse/Webpage opens,
3.Click download/ downloads then dissapears from list.
Actual Results:  
It dissapears.  I only have the default to pick from

So what theme did you try to download and from what URL?
This will happen with old style themes which is bug 299085.
