I'm seeing something similar here with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051228 Firefox/1.5 on FreeBSD 6.0-RELEASE (built from ports with 'make install'). It isn't completely reproducible, but on several occasions the browser has reached the end of a download and hung. On each occasion, I've been able to unbung it by ctrl-z follwed by 'fg' in the xterm it was launched from.

There are no additional plugins installed beyond those that came with the browser and the only extension I have installed is Adblock 0.5.2.056. I'm fairly sure this happened at least once before Adblock was installed, too.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.8pre) Gecko/20071002 BonEcho/2.0.0.8pre
