The RSS Subscription dialog does not have OK button. Because of this, once users
finish to add feeds in the dialog, they should click system provided close
button to close it. I belive the most of users would expect OK button to close it.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open thunderbird
2. Right click on 'News & Blogs'
3. Select 'Manage Subscriptions...' from the context menu
4. Confirm there is no OK button in 'RSS Subscriptions' dialog
