Extensions installed using a file to point to a location outside of the extensions directory can't be uninstalled in the extension manager ui even though the command is available in the ui. Patch coming up.

If an item is being uninstalled, it returns true for itemIsManagedIndependently and it is either in the KEY_APP_PROFILE or KEY_APP_GLOBAL location check for the file pointer and remove it if it exists. itemIsManagedIndependently
