Ronny, please compare this file to the original, it changed a lot. We don't use browser.dtd and prefernces.dtd anymore, which means that all Entites have to be replaced by the actual terms. Like "Neuer Tab" instead of &tabCmd.label".

browser.dtd and prefernces.dtd where never used, AFAIK. I've added them, because I thought it would be better to do so - less work if a term changes. The terms are always up to date, except the entity name changes.

Abdulkadir, I've noticed that the entity updateCmd.label (defined in baseMenuOverlay.dtd) and the propertie updatesItem_default (defined in browser.properties) are not identical, but they should!

updatesItem_default=Firefox aktualisieren...

updatesItem_default is the actual label used for the "check for update" item in the help menu and thus updateCmd.label should conform with updatesItem_default.

Thanks for the info, I think the label was just forgotten there, but I changed it anyway. And I checked in your patch, but please don't mark a help-bug fixed until 1.5 is released.

Is there any patch left to be checked in? Don't hesitate to mail me, if you feel that things are going on too slow.

I didn't changed the state. It was changed by bugzilla yesterday, when you changed the state of bug #283837 because bug #303739 depends on #283837.

hm, there should be no one left, but I'll check that tomorrow. If you change updateCmd.label, then menu_reference.xhtml needs a small update, too.

BTW: I intend to close our tree on saturday, please make sure that everything you want to be in the 1.5 release is done by then. Our next chance to change things will be only next year or later with 2.0

I've checked all help documents again and updated a bunch of them - most updates are minor changes.
Would you prefer a single patch or one for each file?
