I updated a tree from Moz to SeaMonkey and the splash screen did not change,
probably due to incorrect or missing Makefile deps.

The latest SeaMonkey 1.1a (changed from 1.0a) still shows 1.0a in its splash.

No.  I expect that image will remain until we pick a logo for 1.0, unless
