305341 - New devmo wiki and wordpress skins need to be installed from cvs

I've added the new wiki/wp skins and related files to cvs, in the following dirs
under /mozilla-org/...

/wordpress/wp-content/themes/webwatch
/wordpress/wp-content/themes/devnews
/css
/css/images
/wiki/skins/devmo

Note: the "Devmo.php" in /wiki/skins/devmo needs a symlink in /wiki/skins. 
Also, please do not make these the default skins at this time...I want to be
able to test them for a bit first.  Thanks!

Upgrading severity because I really need this done to move forward effectively
towards getting this stuff to beta.

The /wordpress/devnews skin is for the DevNews blog, and /wordpress/webwatch is
for Webwatch (sort of obvious, but I thougth I'd mention it anyhow).

The /css directory needs to be at the top level, ending up at
http://developer.mozilla.org/css/.

Where, _exactly_, do each of these directories need to be on the system?

As far as I know, on giles, they should go to the following locations:

For css/images:
/data/developer.mozilla.org/css
/data/developer.mozilla.org/css/images

For wordpress themes:
/data/developer.mozilla.org/devnews/wp-content/themes/devnews/
/data/developer.mozilla.org/webwatch/wp-content/themes/webwatch/

For wiki skin:
/data/developer.mozilla.org/ca/docs/skins/devmo/
/data/developer.mozilla.org/de/docs/skins/devmo/
/data/developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/skins/devmo/
/data/developer.mozilla.org/es/docs/skins/devmo/
/data/developer.mozilla.org/fr/docs/skins/devmo/
/data/developer.mozilla.org/ja/docs/skins/devmo/
/data/developer.mozilla.org/pl/docs/skins/devmo/
/data/developer.mozilla.org/pt/docs/skins/devmo/

Symlinks at:
/data/developer.mozilla.org/[langcode]/docs/skins/Devmo.php pointing to the
Devmo.php in the skins/devmo/ dir.
