Details
Currently, option+up/down-arrow move the caret to the beginning/end of the text
in textareas (i.e. behave just like cmd+up/down), and are inactive in caret
browsing mode.
Instead, they should move the caret to the beginning/end of the paragraph, or,
if the caret is already at the beginning/end of a paragraph, to the
beginning/end of the previous/next paragraph.
That's the way option+up/down work in most OS X apps, including Safari.
