Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/412.6.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/412.2.2
Build Identifier:

In Mac OS X, when you double-click on a word, the word is selected; if you then drag the cursor over
another word, that *entire* word is also selected. In Thunderbird, however, double-clicking selects one
word but dragging only selects individual characters, not entire words. (I believe this is the standard with
other OSes, but it's the wrong behavior for OS X.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any mail or news message; let's assume it contains the text "just testing".
2. Double click on the word "just".
3. Drag the cursor into the middle of the word "testing". The letters "tes" or "test" might be selected, but
the entire word should be selected.
