When opening an saved .eml file (using Opening saved message in File menu) the
displayed email window will have the Reply / Forward buttons disabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open in .eml file using File -> Open saved message
2.

Actual Results:  
A new message window with disabled Forward / Reply (all) buttons.

Expected Results:  
A new message window with enabled Forward / Reply (all) buttons.
