The new options dialog sounds unfinished. Would be good for your (Mozilla) image
to share the same style of tabs between firefox and thunderbird (just open the
ff option and tb option dialog and see).

Furthermore, the privacy icon is stretched and adds to the feeling of
draft-quality implementation.
