Let's say I have 10 bookmarks in a folder, and I middle-click on the bookmark
folder that contains all my bookmarked tabs. This results in all links in the
bookmark folder being opened in new tabs.

I would like for firefox to give loading priority to the focused tab. So if I
open 10 tabs at once, then focus the 6th tab, then this tab gets loaded first.
After the 6th tab has completed loading, the other tabs can be loaded in the
background in whatever order.

If, whilst the 6th tab was loading, I changed focus to the 2nd tab, then the 6th
tab would stop loading (or finish dealing with the requests it had already
issued, maybe leaving the page half-finished) and the 2nd tab would get priority
for loading.

This would make firefox appear to load pages a little faster in this
circumstance (opening a bunch of tabs at once), which is always a nice thing.
