renders correctly in IE4Mac, fails in Firefox, Safari, iCab, and Omniweb (latest
release versions of all)

Steps to Reproduce:

This is not a firefox bug, as should be evident from all the other browsers that
displayed it differently to IE. Your banner div has its size fixed to 39px, not
enough room for the top image which is then overflowing past it. This is the
correct behaviour.

In the future please try support forums such as http://forums.mozillazine.org.
Only file bugs for things that you can confirm are bugs in firefox and not
problems with your own code.
