If you hover your mouse over the spot where the update button woudl appear
(under the minimise button) the update buttons appears.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hover over the area where the update button appears and you will see a blank
button with no icon raise itself.

Actual Results:  
Button appears

Expected Results:  
Nothing, the button should not appear unless there actually is an update. If so
it should also have an icon.
