People often ask how to change their profile or make a new one because they
don't know how to find the Profile Manager. It would be very helpful if, in the
Mozilla Firefox folder in the Start menu, there was a shortcut to the Profile
Manager along with the "Firefox" and "Firefox (safe mode)" shortcuts. This
should have been in there from 1.0 onward.
