On email messages, if you expand the to: field and switch the mail folder (like
Inbox -> Junk) and then switch back again, there will be a lot of white space
under the to: field. It also does it when switching between folders that you
created.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up an email with enough messages to make the to: field expandable
2. Switch to any folder other than the current
3. Switch back to the original folder

Actual Results:  
There is a lot of white space under the to: field

Expected Results:  
The to: field should not have a lot of white space below it
