Details
(Whiteboard: [add-on idea])
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.11) Gecko/20050728 Build Identifier: Thunderbird version 1.0.6 (20050716) Mozilla Suite's mail had a clickable area on the resize bars that let you pop the panes open and closed to your preset sizes with one mouse click. I would like to have this feature put into Thunderbird. (I tried going back to Mozilla mail but there's no way to migrate my mail messages backward into Mozilla from Thunderbird! So I'm stuck.) Reproducible: Always

(In reply to comment #0) > Mozilla Suite's mail had a clickable area on the resize bars that let you pop > the panes open and closed to your preset sizes with one mouse click. That's the "grippy."

I think, by the way, that this bug is unlikely to be implemented in the basic TB installation, but it would be a relatively simple extension.
