After viewing off line html eg. sf books in html format downloaded from baen.com
I am unable to access any sites when I go on line. I am registered with my SP
and password verified but then cannot even access the SP home page. I have to
disconnect, reboot mt PC and logon to my SP again. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.read something, html file, off line.
2.close mozilla firefox
3.open firefox and logon to SP

Actual Results:  
Casnnot acces any web sites even my own SP's home page

Expected Results:  
Give me access to SP home page and the web

Offline mode is not disabled across sessions. If you left it on when you closed
Firefox, it will be on next time you open it. Also see bug 251756.

4/9/05 Work off line is not checked when reading html files. Checking and then
unchecking 'Work off' line does not give me access to online sites.
