If you increase the font size sufficiently the top blue & red graphic bar at the
top of the page (urled above) is reproduced twice; Erroneously further down the
page.
Occurs in Mozilla 1.7.11, too.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Increase font size 2x (Dell 700m) or more
2. Scroll down page and the red/blue graphic appears across the page.

Actual Results:
Second graphic band appears

It's just the page background image that repeats itself when the page has a
height > 10000px.
