User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050822 SeaMonkey/1.0a
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050822 SeaMonkey/1.0a

I've installed the build from 22 over 18'th. When the mail lanched it asked me
to compact folders. I clicked 'yes'. The 2 from 4 inboxes became empty (only the
number of unread messages leaved left). I tried to rerun Mozilla but the inboxes
became empty from the fact the Seamonkey had emptied the files instead of
compaction.

Reproducible: Didn't try

any extensions installed, Google Desktop Search, or virus checker?
I have several plugins - Acrobat reader 7.0.2, real and qtime alternatives,
Macromedia flash, but no extentions now.
The installation from 25 has done something with Local Folders inbox - it is not
seen now, but physically it exists on the HDD. I had had to reboot my PC before
because the suite has hanged it.

Sorry, but what is going on? I have been using Mozilla since it's first public
builds (0.6) and never - never - Mozilla has corrupted Mail. It's a shame.
Newer versions of Seamonkey (trunk nightly builds) do nox exhibit this behaviour.
As for me, I do not remember how I solved the problem. Maybe the last one was solved with deletion of index files. The suite rebuilt them and they re-appeared. But this is only my thoughts - I do not remember exactly.
